A call message was left with no business identifying who they were, name: Thomas Dyer. He left a 4 digit "reference number". He left a message about school loans and a "recent change" made by the Biden administration. He called from 210-648-2297, per caller ID. He asked for a return call to 916-975-0315 and provide the reference number. 916 is a Sacramento number, and no business appears to be associated with this phone number.

Sounds like Thomas Dyer has been busy! Called from 218-593-5732 saying my son actually does qualify for federal student loans due to recent changes. My son is going to college and we are applying for loans. He left a message with a reference code. Looking at these comments, I'm not calling him back!

Called to state i qualified for student loan options and to use a code when calling back. Called the number and it prompted for loan amount and when I selected the option, it asked if I wanted to apply for a program and I said no and it hung up on me. No option given to use a code. When i attempted to call again, the number was no longer in service.
