I have received many calls from this number, and they never leave a message. Judging by the many comments, it is a scam/spam call. I blocked them. I am on the DNC list. Why am I receiving these calls from "Transworld Systems?"

Transworld sent me an email stating that my wife owed $37.08 to Verizon for an account we never had, the date was for August 2021. I called the number. (888) 899-6650 a gentleman with a middle eastern accent answered the phone, I could hear children and people laughing and talking in the background. I gave this person the fictious information that was listed on the document, he pretended to look it up and after about 10 minutes, I told him to stop wasting my time and to not send any more emails or mail to my home address because this is a scam, he then asked did I know someone by the name of Lewis Blumberg, I politely told him no, and he began to apologize saying that he could not find my name and it was a mistake, This is a scam, Verizon does not let you go 2 years without paying any debt interest free, it will be attached to your account and if you do not pay it your service will be shut off until you pay what you owe

Caller ID showed the name T Saunders from 888-899-6650. They called my work #, asking for me and said it was a personal matter. I told him he was not allowed to call my work phone, 3 times, and I hung up.

When I answered a call from this number a few minutes ago, I was notified that this is a recorded line, then someone with an Indian accent came on and asked for my son. I told him that this is not his number and he said that he would put down that this call was a wrong number. I did not provide my son's correct number.

Robot call left on Vonage with transcribed and wav file - Hold music, then Asain Woman picks up and said hello several times then stated since I do not hear anyone I must hang up. Also stated this call may be recorded before forwarding to whoever picked up the call from hold. Any Robo-cakk that puts you on hold to wait for a live agent is often up to no good. There are systems that can call an infinate amount of numbers and the ones that pick up often get scamed. The people who pick up the phone on their end may not know they were making a outbound call as this is a sales or scam tech to get employee to fish information. If they can not tell you who, what, when or why, hang up asap or you will be sent to another Q. This tech is over 20 yrs old and those who use it don't stay long enough to be caught. No hit no foul.
