NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL 7 months ago by Kristine Someone gave my mother this number as proof of an Amazon fraud call but then gave her a phone number to call back other than that which was not an Amazon number. They were fishing for credit card information. Do not give it to them 202-266-1000 was the alternate number.
UNSAFE	UNSAFE over 1 year ago by DL FRAUD/SCAM ALERT!!! Don’t risk it! I dialed this number attempting to reach Amazon Customer Service. A man with a heavy (India) accent answered and quickly transitioned from role-playing a helpful Amazon CS agent to aggressively probing for ALL ID and card numbers before discussing damaged order delivered. When I finally located a safe and direct contact through their website, Amazon CS agent called back immediately and was fast, kind and efficient.
