The call is legit. After receiving it, i called Anthem Pharmacy Services to confirm and they transferred me. Went over my meds with a tech and then spoke to a pharmacist. A report will be sent to my physician. It is true that the phone number indicates a spam call and the name of my health insurer sounded dubbed in. It was explained that the # is used in different parts of the country involving numerous providers hence the dubbing.

multiple calls daily, always people with indian accents want me to call back information on health plan regarding meds. I feel harrassed now know it is scam call and want i to stop!!!!!!

866-787-6341 called AGAIN 24 Aug 2022 at 2:56pm. This ‘spoofed’ Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is because the caller ID info displayed is fake. Calls are also from either (289) 800-0303 or (547) 818-4222, but are not limited to these numbers. Total SCAM Calls: 13,925. Robokiller User Reports: 342
