I live in York Pa and keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. How do I stop them?

Since May 1st I have received 35 calls from this number. They do not say anything when I answer. Who does that, makes 35 calls and then says nothing when you answer. I would report it to the FCC but in the past I have found them to be less that useless in matters such as this.

This number belongs to scammers. Don't pick calls from unknown numbers. This is the best rule.
