Says they are the IRS and this is a final call before Arrest for a lawsuit against me. Total scam and do not answer. also caller id say New Jersey

Said a it was the IRS and they have a claim against me. Total scam.

IRS is filing a lawsuit against me

Got a call leaving a message that it was the IRS and they had a warrant for my arrest. It is obviously a scam and should be reported to BBB or local police or something. People should be alerted that the IRS never calls to leave a message that you owe them or they have a warrant.

Left me a v/m message stating this was a final attempt from the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against me. I tried to call back and ph# not in service.

On 11/03/17, I missed a call from 908-768-4831. I called the number back. A lady with a foreign accent immediately told me she worked for the Federal & state tax crime investigation department. If I didn't take care of my unpaid taxes, they will put a warrant out for my arrest. I instantly asked her name, work ID number, and if she's working for BOTH the federal & state tax criminal investigation department, which of the 2 is she saying I owe money? " Before answering her question, she wanted to confirm my name & address. I refused to give her any info until she could give me her reason for her call. She then stated federal taxes. I told her I'm on the DNC list & that I better not receive another claim from her or I will report the phone number. This number is a scam.

They called threatened me to call for there's a warrant for my arrest & im like yeah right ,HEY i pay my taxes ok look for somebody else to scam not me
