Process of elimination ... I too had contact with FedEx Customer Service a couple days ago ... I got a recording when I called back ...said they simply wanted to ask me about recent customer service transaction ... did NOT say FedEx [but it seems likely a contracted company to follow up on service calls.] Great sites [and work] that allow us to figure these things out...Thanks!

This could be Fed-Ex had a problem with them yesterday & it was taken care of. Received a call & I do not see why they would call back for a survey because they know they would get zero!Most calls coming out now are different #'s from the UBCF, united breast foundation wanting donations. It shows out of the area,so we do not know this # & have NOT give them our #. I just called the #, we use a burner phone for things like this & it was busy,tried several times,so if you can NOT get anybody,its a scam usually. Tried mutle times & it is just busy,so they are sending out many robo calls most likely,it was on T.V. last night about how they press one button & its goes to thousands of #'s. I will call them a CROOK & SCAM because of that line being busy every time I call it. I will block it,but they will just come back with another#,that is when YOU KNOW its a SCAM. Calling from multiple numbers. I want to add,since all this started there are places wanting you to PAY to find out who it is & we think they could be wanting some extra money. This is pre holidays so look for MANY SCAMS & TRUST NONE OF THEM. NONE! We have set our phone also to NOT accepting calls,that really pisses them off! BEWARE

If it's really FedEx calling for a legit reason, then the company NAME should be identified on the other end. It won't do to transmit such ambiguous, misleading and potentially bogus info as "Toll Free Call."
