The call was name Brian Collins with Weiss Law Firm stating that I have two judgement against me. The DA have investigate it and suggest this are cases that action need to be taken. I start asking him questions and the phone disconnect

they called, i didnt answer but then listened to the voicemail and its been a long time since I felt afraid ut when i checked this site and found it unsafe, and a scam..i hope their systems imploded...jerks

This guy claims to be Detective Brian Collins. He left me a threatening phone call ment for my x-wife saying the state DA had filed criminal charges against her. SCAM

They called saying they were from a law firm and that they are filing charges against me. They seem really legit at first because they knew the name of my state's court houses. They missed one thing....I work for the DA and KNOW I have a clean record.

844-300-0114 X215: So called attorney said I have several criminal complaints against me. I told him I needed to see information in writing with what he claims I owed because he had incorrect information. He got angry and said he sent paperwork (never received it). I told him I've never received paperwork and he said I forfeited my right to settle the case. I told him I wasn't given him any payments over the phone. I don't know who you are. He got angrier and ended the call.

Called me at 11:15 AM 2/20/2019 said that I am a "listed defendant in a criminal complaint" and must call them back immediately or risk being detained. Scammers has come to tactics like this one huh? Good thing I have a lawyer in the family who laughed at this attempt and told me to ignore it. If indeed I have done something criminal, I will get a subpoena from a court with ample time to hire a lawyer and agree on a court date.

Was called 1st by a pretend detective & said I had felony charges pending and I needed to contact the attorney at 844-300-0114 ext. 215. They said I needed to pay now. They got upset that I said I needed to verify their information. They do have my social # which is scary.

got a call from Weiss Arbitration Law office about a 500 dollar fine that came back non payment. Heard an odd phone tone before he picked up to talk and while I have some court issues he said the classic "because of non payment I have no choice but to file the papers to have you detained until your court date."

The number called and left my husband a threatening message..... It's a scam and a spam number that's unsafe.
