Collection agency called BRG Collections out of GA. Called looking for my husband over an old Sears account we settled over 10 years ago. I called back to get additional info and the b**** who answered is very rude. Hung up on me repeatedly, told me she was going to turn me into local authorities for harassment, refused to acknowledge his rights under the FCRA, totally unprofessional. By far the worst bill collector I have ever dealt with. They have so many complaints at BBB they have an F rating and there is a disclaimer about trying to deal with them. |
