As others have posted, it's a robo-call: asking for someone by name, asking that person to push #5 (or hang up if that person no longer lives here), and a promise that if you hang up they'll never call again. Right...

Unwanted Robocall. I picked up but did not answer and did not follow routing instructions. I was determined to be a non-human (LOL) and the call disconnected. Idiots.

Caller id says "potential spam " and they didn't get past the call blocker and looked up online and literally hundreds of lookups and complaints for the same robo caller things ( some scam attempts ) and our phone is DNC so such robo calls are illegal .
