Call showed up as No Caller ID but only rang once. The VM recording was a St. Augustine FL number 904-342-6236 but the recording requested I call back 949-668-0070 regarding legal papers being filed to garnish my wages.

I got a call saying that they have paperwork with my name and ssn, they were putting together paperwork to garnish my wages. The call came from a 312 area code and they said to call a 949 area code where their office is. No company name or who was calling. SCAM

They called and left 6 voicemails in the space of a week, always the same or very similar message, when I called them back at this number they said they were looking for someone with a different name than mine and it was a wrong number - 6 times - but I've had this phone number since 2010. SCAM.

Stated they were garnishing wages & preceding with court action. Asked for my son who doesn’t have any unpaid debt & is married, & hasn’t lived at home for over 10 years. I told them to remove my number from their list as I looked up 949-668-0070 & they’re scammers. Lady got angry with me and said calling her back cost me a $ & I didn’t need to be rude. I said I don’t give a sh@& & hung up. You could hear many people in the background leaving messages llike they did on my phone. Idiots!

Left me a voicemail. I immediately knew it was a scam but I looked up the number to see if they had any complaints. I want them to call back low-key so I can mess with them but I refuse to dial out.

Total scam, do not call!! Like the other commenters, they said they had my SSN and were processing wage garnishment papers against me. Never gave a name, either mine or theirs.
