heavily Accented Foreign National calling himself Tony pretending to be from Medicare Help Line but using a number registered in Olathe Kansas. I informed him I was on Don Not Call List and that it was illegal to call me. He became abusive. I am reporting to both FCC and FTC at consumercomplaints.fcc.gov and reportfraud.ftc.gov I will also report to Officer of the Inspector General for Health and Human Services who handle Medicare fraud complaints.
