Asks for a fictional person at my number who owes a debt. This has been going on for years. They never say the debt collection company because it is a fraud. The person threatens to send someone to my home.

Left message regarding civil complaint about a family member. Stated that if call is not returned by end of day, it would be turned over to local authorities. Voice was obviously digitized to the point of almost being garbled. My phone company ID'ed the call as "scam likely".

SCAM call; left a VM regarding a civil complaint and asking legal representation to call on behalf of my mother to verify employment. This VM serves as her legal notification. My mother is retired and has been for many years. Be wary!
