This is a phishing scam pretending to be Wells Fargo Fraud department. They pretend that someone tried to Zelle a payment and in order to cancel it, they want you to add a phone number to Zelle and send money to them. Always hang up and call your bank with their legitimate number if you are unsure if a scam or not.

Received a call from this number telling me that they were going to take money from my account and transferring it to someone elses account. They hung up when I said I don't have a wells fargo account
