by Sims Associates Unprofessional Tactics
Probating an estate including debt of deceased that Sims Associates is collecting. No other debtor involved. Despite legal notice by probate attorney and notice to file claim, they persistently hound me for payment. Illegal, unethical and unprofessional. Their website claims complete opposite. Leave stern messages not identifying caller insisting on return call. Have even used numbers with local area codes to harass beyond legal allowances. Can only imagine how they treat living debtors. |

A representative called from a local number and wanted personal information regarding my mom's estate executor. She would not tell me what it was in reference to unless I told her my full name. I asked for a number to reach her. She gave me 855-898-3260 and she said it was for Simm Associates. |
