To discuss the pending action being filed, or if you have any questions, then you must contact the firm in control. at 855-484-3552 and refer to file #xxxxx. Failure to respond may result in that office proceeding without your consent." Did not indicate the firm's name.

THIS IS A SCAM. CALLED A RELATIVE'S NUMBER LOOKING FOR ME, NOT MY PHONE NUMBER. GAVE A CASE NUMBER AND SAID THAT THEY HAD LEGAL DOCUMENTS FOR ME AND WANTED TO ASSURE I WOULD BE HOME FOR DELIVERY OF SAID PAPERS. WHEN I RETURNED THE CALL I REACHED AN ANSWERING MACHINE WHICH LISTED NO CO. NAME. SIMPLY STATED THAT THEY WERE NOT IN AND TO LEAVE NAME, TELEPHONE NUMBER, AND CASE NUMBER. WHAT LEGIT AGENCY CALLS AN INDIVIUAL'S RELATIVE TO REACH THAT PERSON? THEN LEAVES NO ACTUAL COMPANY NAME ON ANSWERING MACHINE? A HONEST BILL COLLECTION AGENCY IS MORE THAN WILLING TO TELL SOMEONE THAT THEY ARE PHONING IN AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT ON A FINANCIAL MATTER.
