Rec'd call on 9/25/25. Said his name was Richard and he said that a complaint had been filed against me and they tried to serve papers but they were returned. He called from 404-850-3380 and caller ID said it was from "Docservers24 GA. I hung up on him. Then he called again from 404-620-1747 and caller ID said it was from "Account Services" He left a voicemail. Gave me a case number and told me to call the attorney, Jessica Miller at this number. He went on about needing to call the attorney at this 855-350-1004 but then he said her name was Monica Miller. I've had several calls like this before and I did call the attorney's number the first time I received a call and they want you to pay money to settle the case. i went to our County website to see if there was an active case for the case number they gave me an of course there was not, I found nothing under my name in my county. They are just trying to scare you out of money.
