Hi this is Erica Brown, (left a direct voice mail from mobile number 843-870-4305, no such call on my phone log). I'm following up regarding your eligibility for loan forgiveness. It looks like your application is incomplete and needs to be submitted before the end of the forbearance deadline. It's urgent that you return the call to complete your application prior to payments resuming as a reminder all Loan Services qualify even those in default and garnishment.
