NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL over 2 years ago by Carol Received "final notice" letter regarding "home warranty (that I never had) may be expiring or has already expired" and to call 800-299-4998. Letter only has (supposedly) business of Home Warranty Direct with no address. I ask where they're located, she said St Louis, MO. I should of ask exact street address but didn't. When I researched (after the fact), this business name cannot be found. It doesn't surprise me and it's always a flag when companies send out letters that do NOT include a address. I enjoy toying with these cons but it also makes me angry because I know some people fall for their misleading tatics.
