VOIP call to my land-line at 15:43 Pacific today from "National Debt Relief" or "Debt Free America", according to the recorded message. When I "pressed one", I talked to "Cat Willsome" who denied the above names, and said that she was working for "American Debt Relief". Typical "eliminate your credit-card debt and pay all your medical bills" claim. When she asked for my SSN, I said that I don't have one, because all Canadians have a SIN ("Social Insurance Number"). When she asked for my date-of-birth, I told her that she was a scammer, and that I was tired of talking to her, and I ended the call. |
