received a call three times in two day the woman said she wanted to update my medical insurance and they sell medical braces and wanted my medicare insurance I told her no and take me off the do not call list but they continued to call me again I called the number but it didn't go thru I filed a complaint with the fcc and this harassment has got to stop

When you get any kind of unsolicited calls (robo generated or not) and you get a live person from the caller, when they greet you or ask you a question you just respond "What do you lying cork soakers want to scam me out of today?" If they respond or not just keep repeating your opening phrase over and over and over whatever they say or try to respond with. Do this until THEY hang up. If we all respond like this to all unsolicited and illegal calls they will soon get the message. I do this with all unsolicited illegal calls whether if is from Microsoft about computer errors, the IRS or someone wanting to sell back braces or "Rachel" from credit card services. I am on the DO NOT CALL list so that makes them fair game Try it!

I got a call on my cel phone this morning asking me about my Blue Cross Health insurance . It was hard to understand him with his thick Middle Eastern Accent . He ask me my date of birth then read me off my address. I do not have Blue Cross insurance anymore as they to not offer it anymore in my area . I did not give him my SS # but after the call ended I googled the number and saw it was a scammer . I usually do not fall for this kind of thing but he had me going for a Moment.

Really hard to understand but the script is that he is calling friends bsbc to update or verify my record. The did ask when I last went to the doctor....in the last month or two???? Then started giving me bits of my personal data - name - is that how it appears on your card? No actually. Then I started to ask him what it was that he was doing. He got frustrated. Omg - I’m cslling from... over and over ... I said I know that, but what do you want? I can just do that online. He said that was not possible. I asked him why. Omg... I’m calling from. ... so I asked him what plan I had. I’m callibg from. Yes I said bcbs- that’s a company. What plan do I have? He became more rattled. I eventually told him to bugger off basically and hung up. My phone rang back twice and I declined the call. Then I called the number back about 20 times - it doesn’t work. This iguy is up to no good

Someone called from this number saying they were confirming info they had with Blue Cross Blue Shield. When the supervisor came on the phone, I refused to "confirm" anymore info.

It always seems to be a voice from another country...Blue Cross Blue shield wanting to verify my insurance info...they even asked for my son's info...he is a 40 year old Army guy...I don't think I need to give out any info on myself or any family member...scam...do not answer!

Received a call at 9 AM on a Saturday morning from eight Genteman speaking with a heavy Indian accent, requesting account verification from Blue Cross Blue Shield from +1 (741) 893-3524. He asked when my last visit with my primary care provider it was and who it was. He also asked me to confirm my address, which he had, then asked for my date of birth. At that point I knew it was fraudulent , and said I felt very uncomfortable giving that information. He Immediately hung up, and I blocked the caller.

They keep calling me 2 to 3 times a day I ask them to quit calling but they continue to do so. Its a scam They say the are blue cross blue shield and to update my file. But they always ask for a name that no longer excist.

The girl (who I could hardly understand) kept asking for personal information. I asked her what company she was calling from and she gave me a list of insurance companies. Seems to be looking to see if I respond in order to help her know what company I dealt with. I asked her for her number and her name and she said Ria and then gave me this number (800-633-4227) which is medicare number. Then she went right back to WHEN IS YOUR BIRTHDAY!!! I asked her to hold while I looked up the phone number she called me from and also the 800 # she gave me. Then I hung up on her. She tried calling me immediately back.....didn't answer. If a number calls that comes in with a 1+ before the number then this is an International call. Beware! SCAM written all over this. 741-893-3524

They don't stop calling! They asked me to confirm my address (an address I haven't lived out in 18 years!) and then asked me the last time I saw my primary dr. I told her Florida Blue would KNOW when I last visited my primary. I told her I was hanging up and calling FB but she hung up on me. That was last week (3rd call) and today the # came up again, but I've now blocked it. AND it was definitely from a foreign country!

This number called me as an Unknown Name. I didn't pick it up but I think it was the same person who called me saying they were apart of Blue Cross Blue Shield. Seemed a little bit like a scam
