Unwanted robocall claiming to be CitiBank & that they have been trying to reach me with an offer of lower interest rates on my credit cards. Have never received a call from this number before. Pressing “1” brought an Asian sounding female online. Told her I knew she was a scammer because the recorded message was exactly the same as a previous call which claimed to be from Chase Bank. |
