Called back hidden when I had the chance to this recording: Hey, it’s Alex, I’m a local real estate investor, I do buy properties cash, I probably just came across your property, if you are looking to sell, please leave your name, phone number and address and I’ll reach out you shortly, thank you. The last time "Alex" called me was on 14 Nov, similar number, both numbers from south of Payson AZ, not a "520" area code so he isn't local. This number is not listed on the Whitepages and other reverse phone number sites.
