They are either offering a lower interest credit card, or telling me they can show me how to reduce my debt and that the warranty on my vehicle is up and they will extend the warranty if I press 1 to talk to someone. Apparently being on the FCC list or any of the other agencies isn't doing any good because they are still scamming and doing it on a regular daily basis.
