Called about upgrading my direct TV. Installed new sofeware in area and had to do an upgrade. Wanted router number then how much I paid last month for my service. I had a credit etc. |

call about cable tv upgrade and tried to charge me 199.75 after the 45.00 discount, wanted me to mail a check made out to Cable TV to P.O Box 14473 Albuquerque New Mexico 87191. All the information I gave them was incorrect, but they were able to confirm it in their computers. |
