I don't know why Independence Blue Cross,would be calling me,they are not my insurance company,don't give them any information,it doesn't necessarily mean it's them !

Calling on behalf of Independence Blue Cross to “coordinate a personal health visit by one of our health providers which is of no cost to you.” I contacted Blue Cross The company, Inovalon, is contracted with IBX to conduct these visits for free, if you want one. I told them that I was not interested and asked them to not call my number and to remove it from their list. Even if this is legit you would think that the calls would stop. Stop? No.. the calls increased. Instead of one call per day they increased to three. So would you consider this as a scam? If I don't ask for a service then to me it's unwanted. Many of these calls originate on the Global Naps network which in itself has had it's share of problems.
