I called back and reach somebody in Kansas who knew my first name before I spoke. She told me she wanted to help Medicare recipients take full advantage of their benefits (?) She asked me if I had Medicare coverage and I responded I would give her no personal information on a cold Caller who left me no message on my phone and who’s number was on identified. She said she was with a company called Allied that looks into peoples coverage and make sure that they’re getting the best advantage. I found out that the woman lived in Kansas even though the number came to my phone as a 310 area code which is local to my Southern California location. She was nice enough but I wouldn’t trust this number or give out any personal information to a company operating in this manner. I ended the call on a pleasant note and did not argue overmuch!!
