The phone number is recorded message asking for your name, phone number, and property address. DO NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH YOUR INFORMATION. All professional real estate agents, companies, etc. must comply with the National Do Not Call Registry. Both phone numbers (562-362-4472 & 310-340-0183) are associated with scammers. I filed a complaint with the FTC, FCC, and other applicable agencies.
