This criminal called me multiple times in Fall, 2020 from 304-699-1499 (a Parkersburg, Wood County, WV land line sold by Level 3 Communications). Posing as "Microsoft Technician Michael Willis," he promised a $500 refund for anti-malware service, and then tried to drain my bank account and ruin my PC using remote control software www.TeamViewer.com. Law enforcement should identify this criminal via his phone, disconnect his service, and prosecute him for stealing Microsoft's identity and defrauding consumers. |
