NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL over 1 year ago by JJ these BUMS call frequently, some days 6 or 7 consecutive calls, and often when the CPS office is closed for the day. IMO, they are criminally impersonating CPS Energy, and perhaps perpetrating another scam called SPAM RISK and ,maybe, also Net Authority spam calls. One time I answered "CPS Energy"... Caller Says "hello, hello" when I answered, then hangs up. Guy sounds like the same Creep from Spam Risk. There have been reports of literal "CPS Energy" rip off Scams on unsuspecting people in this area.
