It is not an good idea to RETURN an call from an UNKNOWN. Legitimate businesses and associates will identify themselves and/or leave an message. Sadly - what is an aggravating factor is: many of you decided - to use your smart device to IGNORE callers, even those you know. Now a question: how do you think an Friend or relative feels when you ignore them? We all know you have that device in your hands - therefore your lame excuses for not answering reveals you are an liar. Putting 'smart' devices in the hands of simple minded people was/is the worst decision ever.
