This is one of several call number sequences that repeatedly flooded my phone. also 202-952-0823, 202-978-3816 and more. I was blocking them for awhile then they decided to attack my phone. They screwed with some setting so that now I can't make calls on my phone. Every time I try to call out it rings and rings and then there is a voice mail that says -' We're sorry, this person does not wish to speak to a caller who blocks their number. If you wish to speak to this person, hang up and try again without blocking your number'. I searched but can't find any info about what this is. It is very vicious.
