I received an email and calls the past week claiming my account was sent to collections. I called SPECTRUM as I could not sign into my account (I was told Spectrum service app was down and no one could log in until later this afternoon). They also confirmed COLLECTIONS can NOT begin until 60-90days of non-pay and no services, so my account is fine and whoever is doing this is scamming. ALWAYS remember to call the company listed on your BILL statement; collection agencies cannot begin their collection process unless the debt has been sold to them and it is over the 60-90days of NONPAYMENT since services was ended. I am also reporting numbers to the DNC (Do Not Call) website so the Feds have those numbers and can start tracking them. I think everyone should start doing this, because then people wouldn't have to constantly change their numbers.

Spectrum calling saying that I my payment is due but I made my payment earlier that day and my statement and when I called the real Spectrum number said that I have no balance. So the people that say just pay your bill I did pay my bill so you don't know nothing.

This number has called several times, when I Google the number, it was marked as spam

Received call asking if I would pay $531 bill. I said yes. Gave them last 4 digits of my credit card. They said card would e charged and transaction cannot be cancelled.

It’s spectrum calling my girl since the account is her name. I was downloading pics of kids and they cut off our service

this number has been trying to get me to answer and even leaving messages for me as well as texting me. All after i had already been scammed just a week ago by a UPS text that was a scam. I just looked online and my spectrum account was not late and not in need of a payment

answered the call and she had my name and address saying I need to pay because our account was delinquent and suspended. She kept asking for my payment information and when I asked if she had my account number for me to verify this was not a scam she stated she did not have it and then continued to say the wrong past due amount. Thankfully I had the bill in my hand and said that is not what my bill says I owe. She then insisted that I do not pay my bill on line but to do it over the phone with her. I said I have to put money in my account for that and she said well then I can call back later today when is a good time? I said five and then she tried to get my payment info and I said it is going to have to be on a pre paid card because it is Sunday....(it took me a bit to realize it was a scam) she insisted she would call back in 2 hours so i said ok hung up and paid it on line so when she calls back I will let her know it is already paid without her getting my info.

Caller ID says Spectrum. Person asked my first name and then said a last name that was not my own. Then asked for info from my Spectrum bill. Said she could not find my profile and asked for my birthday. When I refused to give it because I was unsure about the caller actually being Spectrum, they hung up. Got a second call. Answered and computer voice said it was an important call for a name I have never heard. Hung up.

called spectrum today asking if I could delay payment by 3 days, until I get paid. they said no. jerks. then they sick the robocalls calls on me. unfortunately, they have a monopoly in my area
