SOUND FISHY FRAUDULENT TO ME!! Called from 720-577-2761 & left a callback of 855-406-5295 in their voice mail -- didn't recognize the name of the individual they were calling for. Caller never identified a company or caller name, just said they were doing an asset verification & needed to verify the address as the "legal residence of occupancy". Said they had documentation from someone (ironically I did recognize that name) & said before they could forward the document they needed to verify name & social security number & residence of occupancy. Stated this was for an "enforceable review" and required demand notice for which delivery would have to be signed for. Said the matter was being expedited & that it would progress within 24 to 48-hours. Claimed that failure to call back would result in "further determination". THEN went on to say that under all federal and state guideline "You have been formally notified". Notified via an unconfirmed voice mail! Very few things that I know of lawfully permit "notification" to be via telephone, let along voicemail! I called the 855 number & told them I had never heard of the party they were calling for ... the guy answered the phone said "hello, this is ...." & I asked what company it was, he repeated himself that the number would be remove from the database & hung up. NOTIFIED VIA AN UNVERIFIED VOICEMAIL ... DON'T THINK THAT IS LEGAL FOR NOTIFICATION! & What they were wanting to know was an address of legal occupancy, name, & social security number. AWFUL FISHY & SCAMMY TO ME!! The lack of information regarding who is calling, the company, & any other specifics seems VERY odd, either a scam or a debt collector/skip trace. Have since learned that the calling number 720-577-2761 is associated with MSN LLC, apparently some type of debt collector that is known for harassing telephone calls. Can't find any info about MSN LLC, unless they are a healthcare services company ... I haven't had any medical care in years, did have a law suit/judgement many years ago (2005) but it was discharged in bankruptcy.

They call everyday, threatening me about asset verification for my adult son who does not live with me. They give you a number to call. When you call it goes to VM saying they are closed and to leave a message.

Calls pretending to be government, businesses, or family and friends was reported by a user from Denver via FTC.

Unwanted Calls was reported by a user from Washington via FCC.
