They left a voicemail telling me my computer was obsolete and at risk. I haven't had a working computer for a year. However, my phone is Windows. I will be reporting this number to the FCC and possibly the Missouuri Attorney General.

Received same call today. Definitely a scam. Microsoft would never call an individual regarding either obsolete or compromised computers. Not even a good scam

They called and I called back, they said they were from Windows, and there was a problem with my computer.

These scammers are praying on computer challenged (usually elderly) people. I called back and played along. They want you to give them your IP address so they can remotely access your machine. Then they really WILL hack your data. Had some open time so I called back a few times using a different voice. I wasted their time and then told them to go make love to themselves (or something like that).

received a call from this number saying it was mycrosoft calling that somebody was trying to hijack my computer?

I live in Arlington, VA and received a call from this # from "Sunnyvale, CA" today on 2/23/2018. A pleasant female voice msg this call is from the Microsoft Windows, that my “computer is becoming obsolete, and that all credentials and data ‘may’ get compromised.” It says to press #3 to ask any questions if I’m listening. If not, call this # and ask to speak to the “Security Team.” Scared, I called the MSFT Windows and the live chat person told me they're NOT in Sunnyvale, CA, they don't ever call their customers, and gave me their # which is 1-800 #.
