came in as apple & the ipod account was compromised-press 1 etc. he has no ipod account. |

I receive calls from this number on a daily basis...sometimes more than once. It comes through as "Apple Inc". When I look at the call details it shows as a Robo Caller. They leave a message stating if I want to contact them call...supposedly a toll free number but the area code is 646 that they give you, however that is not a toll free number. Definitely a scammer. I have now blocked the number. |

This caller has called three times. I finally stayed on the line to answer the questions hoping to stop the calls. The caller said that he was from Apple inc. He said that my I-cloud had been breached and that an overseas person was using it for illegal purposes. I told him that I did not have Apple or an I cloud. He said that I need to log into Google and allow him access as someone was using my network. When I refused, he said that he could not understand why I would not do so. I hung up at this point. |
