Purchased an item on EBay then my computer screen had four (4) windows pop up. Glen Wilson called my cell phone and said he was associated with Microsoft, and was there to help me. He wanted me to allow him to access my computer so he could solve my computer virus. I hung up the phone, disconnected my computer, then turned it back on. No more issues. Glen said he was from Hollywood, CA, but the background noise sounded like an overseas phone call |
