This # calls, identifies as Alex, Brian, Daniel Sanchez. Saying they work for Avery Law Firm out of LA, California. Representing (they won’t say who) in a pending lawsuit. Won’t give any info about individual or business, just asking for birthday, last 4 of social security. I googled Avery Law Firm and apparently they have known scams going on. BEWARE. DON’T GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR INFO. THIS SOUNDS VERY SHADY. |

Calls with a generic message saying they are from “Process Server Dispatch” and it’s an urgent message. They give a claim number and say “You have been notified.” It is a scam. The message violates multiple privacy laws and any legal notifications would need to be done in writing, not by phone. Please do not return the call if you get one. |
