Voice Message: "attention this is Anna Martinez the process service dispatch this call is to notify that another time will be made to issue a summons to appear for (Name) if any changes need to be made to time another location of delivery please contact the assuring firm handling your case their phone number is 866-375-0283. Failing to contact the assuring firm will result in further legal proceedings to take place without your knowledge. You have been notified". I returned the call and a gentleman answered and identified himself as "Moss & Associated". He asked me several times for the information "that I had". I continued to question him as to the nature of his business with me and he hung up. I called him back again and asked why he hung up on me? He continued to repeat the same questions, and could not answer my questions. It's a scam!
