Well, "Carol", really wanted me to grab my remote to fix the signal of my tv. When I asked her name a second time and for a call back number in case we got disconnected. She gave me such information "You just need to pick up your remote Ma'am, The number is 747-224-6830 for the technical support for your tv, yes, ma'am." Then I asked if there was an extension, but she never answered, she just hung up. |

this number called they was a cable service its a scam but they have peoples phone info and the last information of that phone number info. they want to charge you a 199.00. |

Very unhappy when I asked questions.. Threatened to cut my Att Direct service if I did not agree to a Security Deposit. I called ATT Customer Service and his threats were not Legit. |
