Aug 23, 2021 4:56 PM I was called by 323-657-8570 and left this message: "Hi, it's Mike Taylor I spoke with you last year, you told me to give you a call back if the rates were still in the two's were still there right now the rates were really unpredictable for a bit. But were any good sweet spot. So call me at 714-987-2909 and we can talk about that. No point no junk fee loans were still doing that. We could even possibly get an appraisal waiver. The other lenders right now they're taking 90 days to five months to fund the loan. So this is really important whatever rate you're being quoted or rate lock, it's going to expire gonna lose your rate. You know, that's how mortgages work the rates are only locked for up to 30 days. Sometimes 60, if you're lucky and that's normally more expensive. So again, call me that way we can even talk about cash out. This is the last time your gonna refinance rates are gonna be back on the fours and fives by summer. Those are normal rates. We just been spoiled. So my number again is 714-987-2909. It's Mike Taylor, thanks." I called 714-987-2909: You’ve reached the desk of Mike Taylor, he is currently unavailable at the movement, please leave your name, number and detailed message and he will get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks, have a blessed day." The last time Mike Taylor called, July 7, 2021, he used this number "951-499-4674" with a similar or exact message.

Mike Taylor claiming he called me last year (his recording did and I reported it then, also two months ago). The Caller ID was a spoofed or voip stolen number (858)358-3513 but the recording said to call (714)987-2909. I reported it to www.reportfraud.ftc.gov which has become much more effective since the Shaken and Stirred Protocol began being used against overseas voip and spoofed callers. At end of last month I was receiving an average of 15-37 calls per day from various scams. I reported each and every one. The number of calls per day has fallen off markedly until today it was only two and none on Saturday usually a peak day. I highly recommend reporting each number that calls you. I log them on paper and file them once per day. A few minutes time and I've had better results than complaining to my landline provider. Please help the Federal Trade Commission by reporting each number calling you from other states especially with Name Unavailable even if they leave you no message on your answering machine or you don't answer at all. I've taken to answering some but NEVER say the word YES. Insist that they answer your question Who Is Calling Please and Why are You Calling me. Get the information and identify their foreign accent if you can.
