UNSAFE	UNSAFE over 1 year ago by I haven't picked up the phone, but based on the numerous calls, and the fact that they never leave a message and based on the other building complaints I'm seeing on this site and elsewhere, beginning yesterday 09/10/2022, I strongly suspect this is SPAM or a fraudster. We received 4 calls from 214-446-7163 on 09/10/2022 at 6:18PM, 6:47PM, 7:17PM & 7:47PM and whomever it was, they never left a message. Then as of today, 09/11/2022, they have called 7 times so far. They called at 1:18PM, 1:47PM, 2:19PM, 2:45PM, 4:17PM, 4:45PM and the last call was at 5:18PM, while I was typing out this complaint about them. And they have never left a message. I guess they'll keep calling close to every 30 minutes, unless someone can stop them. Very annoying.
