UNSAFE	UNSAFE over 1 year ago by SCAM HUNTER ROBOCALL pretending to be AirBNB asking for a confirmation code....sent a text a minute before the call providing me with a "confirmation code". I do not have a reservation ... so I ignored the text(s) and hung up on the telephone call.

You'd think AirBnB would send a text code - but like most automated systems, it doesn't work properly and expects you to somehow "know" they will call. If your ringer is "off" then you won't get the message. And they only leave the last 2-numbers of the confirmation code on your answering app. Which is another flawed software implementation. Programs suffer from the presumption of knowledge, which in fact, they do not possess. Ya know... They can't make a dishwasher that actually washes the dishes. But, they want to put is in tin-cans, hurling down the freeway at speeds that are the equivalent of jumping off of a 4-story building, run by a program that knows less about the crazy nut driving the car next to you, who is probably turned around to the back-seat beating the crap out of his kid with a flip-flop, than you do! Fifteen minutes ago you were stopped at a gas-station listing to two more idiots arguing about who's Mustang as faster. So here you are, deciding if it's safe to pass the guy who's beating his kid, you look in the rear-view mirror and see these two other idiot's 200 yards behind you in their Mustangs racing up at 100+ mph... What do you do? Hurry up and finish passing? Change lanes? Dive to the center median (if there is one!)? You know you need to slow-down and get as far off the freeway as possible before these two speed-demon's scare the crap out Mr. Filp-flop... But does you Tesla know that? Probably not. Ha! Just like this Call Detective software webpage.. It assumes my report is going to be negative, so the "Call Type (Optional)" Does not give a type "Other" execept for "Other - Unwanted" This was a valid call from the above referenced number.
