SAFE	SAFE over 4 years ago by JLT This caller is TriWest Health Care Alliance, hired by the VA to coordinate medical referrals made by your VA provider. Your provider should have informed you that they were making a referral, but they don't always tell you the name of the company that's going to be calling you. Complain to your VA provider and/or clinic administrator about this oversight, but call the number on your CID back if you want them to make the medical appointment for you.
SAFE	SAFE over 4 years ago by VET Call is from TriWest, the VA has them set up appointments at local non VA facilities. They are not spam
NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL almost 5 years ago by VIK Unknow caller so did not answer. A message was left on voicemail saying VA Medical referred my name to Tri-West and it was very important the call be returned. SCAM!! VA doesn't do referrals in that manner.
