I asked who filed against me as I have never had an online loan, plus I have no delinquencies on my credit report. I was told to just pay up because I must have forgotten about it. Again I asked who filed and they said that I would just have to go to court to find out. I asked them to take me to court, but I have yet to go to court. Now a year later, same calls coming in. So frustrating.

NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL over 6 years ago by christine rutledge Starting early this morning, it's now 10am, and they've called 3 times. They say they're looking for someone, not me, but we've been up all night and day, for the last 9 days with my son in the hospital...this is ridiculous!! They should at least be able to gather that you listened to the entire call, and if your were going to respond, you would have. Otherwise it's simply and intrusion of our privacy and bordering, on harassment, imo. We'll see if the calls continue today, but there's seriously no way I'm calling a stranger, strange # or responding to this kind of actions, NOT EVER.
