NEUTRAL	NEUTRAL over 5 years ago by Mia I just received a call from someone supposedly working for "Apple Support" claiming I had a Level 3 breaching and to resolve the problem myself in the future I needed to go to my nearest store and purchase a Google play gift card. At this point we were sharing screens and after I called him out and said this was a scam and he was wasting my time and very nicely asked him to please end the screen sharing he got very defensive and told I was wasting his time and hung up but I noticed my mouse was still moving around my screen...I took a video of my screen and saw him delete everything off my desktop and put it into my trash then emptied my trash. He proceeded to open my FaceTime chat and at that point I turned my laptop off which ended the session. I contacted the real Apple Support and a senior advisor helped me resolve the issue.
