I received a call from this number stating they were with ATT and his name was Roy Spears. He needed to process a refund to my account. I fell for it and gave them access to my computer believing their lie that it was to ensure my identity. They accessed my PayPal and bank account. I closed my browser for my bank account just in time. They somehow were able to put in the email address stdphd@gmail in my bank to try and transfer money, using the name Sandra Donnelly. They attempted to open a line of credit, make a bank transfer and helped themselves to a couple of PayPal gift cards. Lesson learned never trust any company that ask for such a request.
