Belongs to general contractor, Villagran Construction, license number 910176, supposedly electrician C10 and general contractor B, represented by Santiago Zarate. Don't do business with them. They are scam artists. They would collect money way ahead of their work progress, then threaten abandoning work if they cannot collect advance. In my case, they did not complete many jobs, or did ugly, dirty, sloppy, unsafe work if they did complete. Horrible and nightmare. Destruction done is not commensurate to the money they ripped off! I then fired them and hired a new contractor, who showed me many poorly and incorrectly done works by Villagran and Santiago. Their crews are not even well trained but lazy.
