Definitely a Scam...Caller ID always shows Spectrum when it is them calling.

No message out of state call no business calling me. Repeat calls

This NC number keeps calling my cell number. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. They never leave a message which means they want nothing important and have no business calling my phone. I'm on the do not call list and still get robo calls and people selling stuff.

I answered this call and the woman said she was with Spectrum and wanted to tell me a special they were running, if I downloaded the app. She also wanted me to know that all calls were recorded. She knew my name and address. I called the number back afterwards and Vivian answered saying "Thank you for calling Spectrum, how can I help you?".

Called numerous times this morning and wouldn’t speak

Claimed to be Spectrum- caught the woman in a lie. Don’t give them your information.
