UNSAFE	UNSAFE over 5 years ago by dr. Paulable this number belongs to tpc research. they pose as many different companies, and as a "research" company, I have bad news for all readers. You can NOT depend on the "do not call" list. this company is exempt from it. Plus, their most recent trick (scam!) is to tell you, if you call, their number has been changed, but you receive a "free" Dell rebate for $100. That is: once you hand over your cred card number. they ask you 5 times for it.
